Experiencing Anxiety

I see many clients who are experiencing Anxiety. For those of you who have experienced symptoms related to Anxiety you already know how it can impact your day-to-day functioning. Your work, school, relationships and health can all be adversely impacted. 

 

Anxiety is a topic of particular interest for me, not only as a Counsellor but as a person who has experienced it firsthand. I know Anxiety...we have met.  Reflecting on my own experience with Anxiety, what I am most grateful for, is attaining the knowledge and skills to be able to successfully manage it. 

 

If you are experiencing Anxiety, I would love nothing more than to support you in your journey. I approach your experience with compassion and empathy, however, I also want you to find solutions. I feel it is my responsibility to provide you with the knowledge and tools you need so that you can lead the life you want.
