Michelle Srih (she/her)
Founder, Healer & Teacher
I am a cis woman, POC, immigrant and single mother. My family immigrated to Malaysia, Singapore and the UK from my ancestral homeland of India. I was born in London and emigrated from the UK to Canada as a child. My personal belief system is rooted in Buddhist philosophy and the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita. I currently reside and work in Vancouver on the unceded traditional territories of the Coast Salish peoples xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.
Since 2016, I have been supporting clients as a Holistic Therapist. I primarily work with other Therapists, Bodyworkers, Healers, Creatives, Artists and Entreprenuers. I utilize various approaches including, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Psychedelic Therapy, Yoga, Reiki, Chakra Balancing, ThetaHealing and Therapeutic Shamanism to get to the root cause of what you are experiencing. I am passionate about creating a safe space so you can cultivate a deeper connection to all the parts of yourself, live authentically and reach your goals.
Prior to becoming a Therapist, I was a Human Resources Business Partner in Vancouver’s Video Game, VFX and Animation industry. I worked at Electronic Arts, Pixar, Hootsuite, Wild Brain and Vancouver Film School. It was my own healing journey that brought me into the world of Yoga, Counselling Psychology, Spirituality, Psychedelics and Wellness.
In my free time, I enjoy being active and spending time with my family. I am a mother to a brilliant 9 year old daughter and 12 year old dog! I hike, paddle, read and am currently learning to play the ukulele and handpan. I also teach Yoga at Local Health Integrative Clinic in East Vancouver. One of the things I love most about life is traveling to vibrant places full of culture, warmth and natural beauty.

Ashley Will (she/her)
Counsellor & Yoga Teacher
I feel privileged to live and work in Vancouver, British Columbia, the sacred and unceded lands of the Squamish, Tsleil-Waututh, and Musqueam Nations.
I am passionate about walking with other humans as they navigate the full spectrum of their experience. As a trauma informed, holistic counsellor, I support clients with embodiment. I specialize in grief and loss, body image, eating, LGBTQ+ topics and any challenges that come with being a body in the world. My approach is informed by Existentialism, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Therapy, Yoga (200HR), Mindfulness/Meditation, and the natural world. I aim for thoughtful and creative connection, drawing on my formal education and the depth of my personal healing journey to facilitate conversations that honour mind, body, and soul.
I believe that in slowing down to be with our innermost experience and the parts of ourselves that need tending to most, we can nurture inner resource and find a safe home within.
I can often be found wandering through the forest, seeking out laughter, playing my guitar, or creating beautiful food to share with those I love.
Prior to my counsellor training, I spent ten years investing in real estate. I learned many lessons through the trials of running my own construction company, most importantly, the value of rest. This was a time of invaluable learning that I am grateful for. I still maintain an interest in design and real estate. Anything to be built in the future will be done with soul.
Integrating these various learnings, I support clients in cultivating the curiosity and courage to create meaningful change and step into their lives with greater agency and authenticity.

I engage with clients from a trauma informed and client centred approach. I work with individuals who are experiencing issues related to Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma/PTSD, Childhood Abuse, Body Image, Self-Worth and Relationship Issues. I enjoy working with youth, young adults, couples and families that are struggling to communicate and/or understand each other.
In my practice I draw from such therapies as Adlerian, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Attachment Theory, Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)and somatic approaches. I strive to create a safe space for my clients so that they can gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. Together we will gather insight. I will provide you with the support and tools to face challenges, work towards your goals and cultivate a sense of belonging and healing within.
Outside of my work, I can be found in nature with my dog, Harley, or out enjoying good food with my friends or partner. I am also passionate about true crime and travel. People in my life would describe me as empathetic, loyal and witty.
